Returns & Shipping


Items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method if returned:

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) being returned are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition- with tags still attached.

Additional Information:

  • SALE items, gift cards and accessories are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.
  • All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
  • If you wish to return an item, please email us at so we can assist you with your return.
  • Please include the original invoice in your return package.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us as soon as you receive your package at so we can further assist you.
  • All free gifts, including promo e-gift cards, must be returned with your order.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date of your item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. If you are returning or exchanging an item, it must be shipped by the 14th day from the delivery date. If you return an item outside of the 14-day window, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with the tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return the item(s) with the invoice included in your original package or print off your receipt which was emailed to you after purchase.



 >Sale items:

All sale items are final sale and are unable to be refunded or returned. Only regular priced items may be refunded to the original payment method.


Due to our products selling out quickly, we recommend returning your purchased item(s) for a refund and placing an order for the new size/ item(s) you are wanting. You will be responsible for the return shipping to Rebel Chic and for the shipping for the new size/ item purchased. Please email us at and we can further assist you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and whether it has been approved for a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you wish to receive store credit instead, please let us know in your email and/ or on the invoice in your return package.

>Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

>Damaged Item(s):

If you have received an item(s) that is damaged, please contact us immediately at We will assist you in exchanging the item for a new, undamaged item, if the damage is our fault. However, if the item becomes damaged after it has been worn and/or washed, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a return or refund. All clothing items have a care label on the inside of the garment, please refer to this tag before washing and handling your items.

>Discount Codes:

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for refund in the amount of the price you paid for the item(s) with the promo code. If you have a current discount code that wasn't entered in at checkout, you can email us at within 24 hours of your purchase date and we will be more than happy to refund you with store credit. 

>Free Gift With Purchase (Including promo gift cards):

If you return an order/ item that came with a free gift, then you must also return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned with your purchase, then the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. If you received a free e-gift card as a promo, the gift card will be disabled. If you already used the gift card, the amount used will be deducted from your return.

>Shipping Back a Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the wrong address was provided at checkout and the item is sent back to us, then you will have to cover the shipping costs to have it resent to the correct address. Ex. Missing apartment number, wrong house number or incorrect street name. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. ALWAYS email us before sending an item back so that we know to be expecting it, and so that we know who the item is coming from/ who to issue the credit to.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Free USPS First Class shipping for U.S. orders $75+.

>International Shipping:

Rebel Chic does ship internationally! All shipping charges are at the expense of the customer, as well as all duty charges are at the expense of the customer.

>Delivered Items, But not received:

Each package we send includes a tracking number that is sent to the customer when the shipping label is created. If a package shows that is has been delivered, however the customer says it is not there- unfortunately, there is nothing we can do and you will have to file a claim with the local USPS (United States Postal Office). The item(s) will not be refunded to the customer, since the package was marked as delivered at the address provided by the customer. In order to ensure your package is covered by insurance, please select Priority Mail for your shipping preference which covers up to $50 worth of insurance. First Class mail does not provide insurance to cover your package. 

>Package Marked as Undeliverable:

If you have checked your tracking number and see that your item was marked as undeliverable at your address, it may be because you have provided an incorrect address, missing apartment number, misspelled street name, etc. If this happens, your package will most likely be returned to Rebel Chic and in order for us to resend your package, you will have to cover the new shipping costs to resend the package. If this happens, please contact us at and we can reship your package.




Gifts are eligible for store credit if:

  • Purchased during the dates of Black Friday- December 25th.
  • Returned to Rebel Chic by January 15th, 2019.
  • Item(s) being returned are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition- with tags still attached.
  • Gift is being returned by the giftee.
  • If the gifter is returning the item, it is eligible for our regular return/ exchange policy as stated above.



Items purchased as a gift during the dates of Black Friday- December 25th are eligible for our Holiday Gift Return/ Exchange policy. Items purchased during this time as a gift are eligible to be returned or exchanged through January 15th for store credit only. If a gift was purchased before November 22nd, it will not be able to be returned. Any gifts purchased after December 25th will follow our regular return/ exchange policy as stated above. Exchanging for a different size may not always be possible due to how quickly sizes/ products sell out, however we will be able to offer store credit in the amount of the gift purchased. 

If you have received a gift from someone who purchased from Rebel Chic, please email us at with the person's name who gifted your item so we are able to look up the order number and assist you with the return or exchange. If the gifter purchased an item with a discount code, you will receive the amount they actually paid in store credit. If the item they purchased was on sale, then it will not be eligible for return/ exchange because all sale items are final sale. The giftee will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to Rebel Chic and when it is received, we will issue your store credit. Email any and all questions to and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days, except on weekends or holidays. ALWAYS email us before sending an item back so that we know to be expecting it, and so that we know who the item is coming from/ who to issue store credit to.
