All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75. Shipping times can vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, but usually take 2-4 business days. For more information regarding our Shipping Policy, please click here.

Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags still attached. Sale items are final sale. For more information regarding our Return Policy, please click here.

If your order is eligible for a return, please contact us at Returns@shoprebelchic.com for the return shipping address. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, and will not be refunded.

Due to our products selling out quickly, we recommend returning your purchased item(s) for a refund and placing an order for the new size/ item(s) you are wanting.

If there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@shoprebelchic.com so we can try to change the address before the package has shipped. Ex. Missing apartment number, wrong house number, incorrect street name, etc. If the package has already shipped and is marked as “undeliverable” by USPS, it will be returned to us and you will have to cover the shipping costs to have it resent to the correct address.

Each package we send includes a tracking number that is sent to the customer via email when the shipping label is created. If a package shows that is has been delivered, however the customer says it is not there- unfortunately, there is nothing we can do and you will have to file a claim with the local USPS (United States Postal Office). The item(s) will not be refunded to the customer, since the package was marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer. In order to ensure your package is covered by insurance, please select Priority Mail for your shipping preference which covers up to $50 worth of insurance. First Class mail does not provide insurance to cover your package. 

Please note that clothing or accessory colors may vary slightly in person from online pictures due to several factors such as the lighting, computer/ phone screen resolution and other factors beyond our control. We try our best to capture every piece as accurate as possible, while also providing several images of each piece so that you are able to see it from multiple angles and distances. If you purchased an item at full price that is now on sale, unfortunately we are not able to price match or refund the difference for that item. Sales are at random and will be a surprise for our customers.

If you return an order that came with a free gift, then you must also return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned with your purchase, then the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. If you received a free e-gift card as a promo, the gift card will be disabled. If you already used the gift card, the amount used will be deducted from your return.
